The two pictures below show an uncut ten pound block of soap and the individual bars after the final cut.
It took some practice and an investment in the proper equipment. Now I consistently get 33 clean bars and six little ends.
Because of the boxes I switched to this season I had to work on what these cuts exposed. Since the new boxes have a cutout window I wanted to have something eye catching in that window so how I poured or textured the layers of soap became my next challenge.
